What stays on your machine

NIZZY is local-first. Connected-service content — such as Jira issues, Slack messages, and calendar events — and OAuth tokens for those services stay on your computer. We do not receive that content or those credentials as part of normal use.

What we store

Our servers hold what is needed to run accounts, workspaces, and licensing:

• Account identity: name, email address, and a password hash if you sign up with email and password.
• Workspace membership, invites, and roles.
• License and billing state. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We receive billing status and customer identifiers from Stripe, not your full card number.
• App blueprints: layouts you choose to store or share, not the live data those apps display.
• Device pairing records used to link the local runtime to your account.
• Support tickets you send from the product or from Account, including the message text and any attachments you include.

Cookies

The website sets an httpOnly session cookie so you stay signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies on the site.

How we use information

We use the information above to create and secure your account, run workspaces and trials, process paid seats, deliver installers, pair devices, share app blueprints you store with us, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Stripe processes payments. Hosting providers run the website and control-plane API. They process information only to provide those services.

Retention and your choices

We keep account, workspace, license, blueprint, and support records while your account is active and as needed for billing, security, and legal obligations. You can update your account from the site and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@nizzy.app. Deleting an account does not erase records we must keep for payments or disputes.
